STEP ONE
Client goes online and selects their item. This example will be for a wedding invitation. They will fill out the questionnaire. This does need to be as detailed as possible, as I extract this information and input it into a mockup for them.

STEP TWO
A digital mockup is then produced from the questionnaire and sent to the client(s) where they get to see exactly what each piece of their invitation will look like. This also includes an email attachment of their guest envelope addresses to review. This is sent via an online system called Dubsado where the client can input real time feedback and how I get the information needed for revisions.
You can see below where the client acknowledges shipping address, and that they have reviewed all elements and approved for print. They know exactly what they are getting.
STEP THREE
Once approval is given, these are sent to print and we follow up with tracking information. This usually takes between 7-10 business days for digital print method items.
STEP FOUR
We repeat steps 1-3 for any additional orders - day-of items, etc…
